Born of passion — this gathering emerges from the community, for the community, non-profit. We unite Oxbridge and Ivy League minds against the backdrop of Warsaw's most stunning venue, where Polish cultural heritage breathes through ancient walls. Our midsummer celebration infuses the hallowed May Ball tradition with a bewitching touch of Slavic mystery — where ivy-covered British tradition meets the enchanted night of Kupała. This is where worlds collide, where networks transcend borders, where memories are forged in candlelight.
Attire
Black tie or white tie. Strictly enforced. The night demands nothing less than perfection - gentlemen in tuxedos, ladies in formal evening gowns. This is not merely a dress code; it is the first brushstroke in our canvas of elegance.
Location
The venue remains undisclosed until the evening itself. Our secret location policy exists not merely for intrigue, but to facilitate an intergenerational exchange among distinguished guests whose public profiles often preclude such intimate gatherings. Mystery breeds possibility.
Oxbridge Mayball
This is not simply an event but a tradition transplanted from the hallowed grounds of Oxford and Cambridge. While primarily celebrating alumni connections, we extend our invitation to current students of Oxbridge and Ivy League institutions. Old wisdom meets fresh ambition under moonlit arches.
Transportation
Private coaches shall depart from central Warsaw, delivering you to our destination and returning you safely after the survivors photo. The journey itself becomes part of the experience - conversations begun en route often bloom throughout the evening.
Admission
The ball remains strictly invite-only. This exclusivity is not born of elitism, but of curation - creating a gathering where every guest contributes to the tapestry of the evening. One cannot simply purchase entry; one must be part of our story.
